Orders & Payments

You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired items and completing the checkout process.

We only accept KHQR scan via your banking app of use. We do not accept cash upon delivery.

Delivery

Yes, delivery options and fees are displayed at checkout based on your location.

Delivery is made on the same day the courier collects the order in the morning. The courier collects every morning on weekdays and Saturday. 

We do not offer same-day delivery. Next-day delivery is available if you placed an order by 5pm, otherwise delivery will be made the next business day. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick ups due to short volume of staff present.

Products & Ingredients

Yes, all our baked goods are prepared fresh to ensure quality and flavor.

At present, we do not offer eggless, vegan, or gluten-free products. However, we are continuously evaluating opportunities to expand our range and may introduce such options in the future. Please check our website or contact us for updates on new product offerings.

Yes. Our products contain common allergens, including eggs, dairy, and wheat. While we take care in our preparation processes, our bakehouse handles these ingredients regularly, and cross-contamination may occur. We advise customers with food allergies or sensitivities to review product information carefully and contact us prior to placing an order.

Returns, Refunds & Issues

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and food safety regulations, all sales are generally final and we do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged, incorrect, or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours with proof of purchase. In such cases, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds or returns based on personal taste or preference cannot be accommodated, rather than a quality issue.
