RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled for orders placed with Sugriva Bakehouse.

 

1. General Policy

Due to the perishable and handmade nature of bakery products, all sales are generally final.

 

2. No Returns

We do not accept returns of bakery products once they have been delivered or collected.

 

3. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.

  • Please contact us immediately after placing an order if you believe a cancellation may still be possible.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong item, or

  • An item that is damaged upon delivery

Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

5. Refunds or Replacements

If the issue is confirmed:

  • We may offer a replacement, or

  • A partial or full refund, at our discretion

All decisions are made in accordance with Cambodian consumer protection laws.
