When stored in a sealed container at room temperature, it stays fresh for up to 2 days. Refrigeration can extend freshness up to 5 days. For best enjoyment, allow to come to room temperature or warm slightly before serving.

Each loaf is carefully packed to protect its shape and freshness during delivery. We recommend consuming it as soon as possible upon arrival for the best flavor and texture. We use a local courier that delivers every morning. Delivery takes 1-2 business days upon confirmation of order. 

One loaf typically serves 8-9 slices, depending on how thickly it’s sliced—perfect for sharing or enjoying over several days.
